Olivia Tsang is a data-driven marketer who is always thinking of new ways to improve the quality and performance of SuperMoney’s marketing campaigns. When she is not analyzing trendlines and KPIs, she’s looking at the information and tools she needs to run new automated campaigns and help users make smarter financial decisions.

In short, she’s never sitting still.

During the two and a half years at SuperMoney, Tsang has been able to identify critical areas that required more information for data-based decisions.

For example, she took the initiative to research and implement behavior analytic tools that allowed the company to survey and track how its users interacted with the tools and services.

This created a powerful feedback loop that helped SuperMoney improve its user experience, expand the features of its tools, and drive more conversions.

Tsang also spearheaded a scholarship program that allowed SuperMoney to give back to the community by promoting financial literacy among high school and college students.

Tsang uses her decade-long experience in the lifecycle marketing space to analyze the persona profiles of SuperMoney’s users and determines what information and tools they would benefit the most from.

This has allowed her to create personalized campaigns that further educated users and helped them make the best financial choices for themselves.

Tsang also leads all paid search efforts for SuperMoney, which has helped the brand scale its campaigns and help millions more with tools and financial advice.

Tsang completed her collegiate degree at University of California, San Diego and has since worked with small-but-mighty startups as well as large corporate settings with more than 5,000 employees.

Among her many other accomplishments, Tsang can speak four languages. She has native or bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese, and can speak French and Mandarin at a more limited level.

That’s not the end of her impressive list.

Tsang also has extensive volunteer experience, most notably with the American Red Cross and Masks for Docs Foundation. At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Tsang served as team lead for the Masks for Docs Foundation, where she led outreach for the Inland Empire region to get personal protective equipment into the hands of healthcare workers as quickly as possible.

Mobile marketing and customer experience advocate Dana Pereira said of Tsang’s work ethic, “She is always striving to improve her program and is proactive in learning about new strategies and ways to move the needle.”

Tsang’s persistent research in the paid marketing space has been a huge factor in driving SuperMoney to profitability. She is constantly testing new ideas to optimize various accounts simultaneously, proposing strategies to market its products more effectively and contemplating ways to build trust with the audience at hand.

For SuperMoney, it all boils down to one mission: To help Americans achieve their financial goals.
