Our Approach
At Ignite, we aim to support DEI initiatives that create a more open, inclusive, and equitable environment for everyone – our internal teams, our clients, and our audiences. We know that there is power in diversity. When everyone has access to opportunities and resources, we all thrive.
Whether a full-time employee, an independent contractor, or a member of our client team, we designed our DEI efforts to ensure that varied perspectives and backgrounds are represented throughout our work. We work to create fair opportunities for everyone, recognizing and addressing barriers that may otherwise prevent representation or inclusion.
We actively work to invite contributions and participation from all employees and team members. Our mission is clear – we want to revolutionize the digital marketing industry by providing honest and effective solutions that benefit all stakeholders and deliver peace of mind. This cannot happen without the input, ideas, and representation of all of us.
To eliminate physical barriers of employment, our team has switched to a 100% remote workplace. This has allowed us to grow our team to include Igniters from all over the nation and globe.
Currently, women make up 42% of our staff, including 42% of our leadership team. Of our full-time employees, approximately 44% identify as Multi-Racial, Hispanic, African American, or Asian.
As Ignite continues to grow, we are committed to expanding those numbers to include even more insights and perspectives from previously underrepresented minority groups.

In an effort to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, Ignite Visibility has created employee resource groups (ERG) to build community and ensure that employees experience a greater sense of belonging.
Led by a team of volunteers, our ERG promotes opportunities for professional growth and development, provides informal networking opportunities and supports Ignite Visibility’s vision and core values.
Through this group, employees of all levels can participate directly in Ignite’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and assist in fully integrating DEI practices into every phase of our work.

Women at Ignite
To support the many strong women in our workplace, we started Women at Ignite. Focused on highlighting and empowering women, this group develops virtual meetings and networking opportunities to build camaraderie and skills while providing a place of support, mentorship, and professional development.
The Women at Ignite group is a prime example of following our core values - Innovate, Grow, Nurture, Inspire, Transparency, and Empower. Through this group, we hope to encourage more women to develop additional skills, share their ideas, and become industry leaders.
