Yesterday, the Ignite Visibility team headed to the inspiring AMA Cause Conference at the Joan Kroc Center and it was a huge success!
As a sponsor for this year’s event, we were very happy to be able to give back to the local community and were proud to be an exhibitor and speak on relevant digital trends. Speakers from a wide range of industries spoke on how to help and impact the community with their business models.
This year’s conference theme was “Transformation through Collaboration,” which brings together purpose-driven leaders and mission-driven organizations who are looking to add positive social impact in their communities through collaborative measures.
Ignite’s President of Business Development, Krish Coughran was able to speak on “The Next Evolution of Cause Marketing.” The session explored new approaches to using existing social tools to engage consumers, non-profit, and companies to make the real, and transparent impacts that affect people’s lives.
Krish emphasized inspiring content and creating ‘Cause Evangelists.’ A ‘Cause Evangelist’ as he described is similar to a ‘Brand Evangelist,’ which is an advanced form of word-of-mouth marketing through social media, where non-profits develop champions who believe so strongly in a particular cause that they freely try to convince others to support the cause and get involved.
Additionally, Ignite gave away its brand new company water bottles that were freshly designed!
