Stephanie joined Ignite Visibility in 2021. She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and will graduate with her Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology in Summer 2021. 

Stephanie brings ten years of talent acquisition experience from a variety of healthcare and technology industries to Ignite Visibility. She is committed to creating a positive impact in talent management and the organization development space while being committed to constructive relationship engagement, learning, and process improvements.

Stephanie works hard to build talent acquisition processes and programs to recruit, select, and place top candidates with our organization. In addition, she is focused on building relationships with internal and external customers to help position Ignite Visibility as a premiere place to work.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending her time with friends and family, hiking, and traveling.
