With a track record of success across both publicly held global holding companies and private equity–backed firms, Max blends strategic vision with deep operational rigor.

He joined Ignite at a pivotal moment of expansion, during the acquisitions of Rallio and Outliant and the agency’s continued investment in AI and automation. At Ignite, Max leads global delivery, cross-functional execution, post-acquisition integration, and enterprise system optimization across all service lines. He partners closely with executive leadership and investors to embed automation, AI, and advanced knowledge systems into the agency’s core operating model—elevating service quality, improving margin performance, and enabling smart, sustainable scale.

Max’s leadership is grounded in the Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement, with a people-first approach that prioritizes clarity, collaboration, and culture—believing that when teams thrive, results follow. He previously served as the world’s first Chief Automation Officer and holds an MBA and professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, SCPM, CSM), Artificial Intelligence, and People Leadership & Coaching.

Outside the boardroom, Max enjoys traveling with his family and exploring the energy and culture of New York City. He remains passionate about using emerging technology to solve complex problems and shape the future of operational strategy in digital marketing.
