He implemented a modern engagement model that improved satisfaction, increased retention, and accelerated revenue growth while helping the organization scale efficiently through strong leadership development and process optimization.
Previously, as EVP and Managing Director at iProspect, Matthew managed five regional offices and led more than 250 employees. He guided multiple acquisition integrations, aligned cross-functional teams, and maintained 100% client retention through major transitions.
