How Did Ignite Visibility Start?
Ignite Visibility was founded in 2013 by John Lincoln and Krishnan Coughran. Drawing on more than 30 years of combined industry experience, they set out to build an agency that put clients first and over-delivered on value. Today Coughran leads the company as CEO and Lincoln serves as Executive Chairman.
In February 2023 we partnered with Mountaingate Capital to accelerate growth, and we have expanded through strategic acquisition since: Integrated Digital Strategies (December 2023) deepened our franchise marketing expertise, Outliant added advanced web development and creative innovation, Rallio brought the AI platform that now powers everything we do, Socius Marketing extended our home services and healthcare capabilities, and EverConnect (October 2025) added performance lead generation at scale.
Today more than 700 Igniters manage digital visibility across 50,000 locations for over 2,500 brands, directing approximately $100 million in annual advertising investment.

John Lincoln co-founded Ignite Visibility in 2013 and serves as Executive Chairman. He is one of digital marketing's most recognized voices as an author, speaker, and educator.
