Erik Barber is a Client Success Manager at Ignite Visibility. He loves asking questions and helping clients solve problems they struggle with and delights them with solutions to problems they were not aware they had.

Currently located in Indianapolis, IN, Erik graduated from Indiana University with a Business Management degree with plans to get into HR. Instead, he pivoted his career and jumped into the world of sales and consulting, where he’s spent the last 10 years of his career.

Erik loves two things about digital marketing that have kept him in the industry for so long:

1. It never stops evolving, which comes with the perpetual challenge of staying up to date with the latest and greatest strategies and tools to deploy in growing and better supporting our clients.
2. Those who do it well and do it right will always beat out the ones that don’t. There is no shortcut or secret sauce. Erik loves the gentle pressure that consistency puts on the digital marketing machine and after long enough, it has no choice but to yield the desired results.

A proud father of two with number three on the way, Erik loves anything that has to do with spending time with his daughters, including riding bikes, going on walks, reading, coloring, and watching funny animal YouTube videos. When he’s not working or spending time with his kids, you can find him cooking delicious meals, hosting friends and family, or going to the gym.
