Cheng holds an MA in Public Relations and Business Analytics from the University of Southern California. She enjoys uncovering business insights with data and is driven by the moments of revelation when quantitative reasoning of objective truth takes a giant leap towards understanding the humanities. The interplay between the structural mind and the creative mind faced with ambiguous cutting-edge questions fascinates her.
Before joining Ignite in 2020, Cheng used to work with PR and advertising firms, where she gained hands-on experience in digital media and media analytics, including Universal Studio, Adidas, and Johnson & Jonson. Outside the office, she likes playing guitar, assembling mechanical robots, and exploring video games at home.
